About Me

"Motivation Is Fleeting Like Emotions. Discipline Is Key."

I've been athletic my whole life — focused strictly on cardio coming out of high school, then shifting my full attention to resistance training, where I've spent over a year building a deep understanding of what the body is truly capable of.

I'm certified through NCI as a Nutrition Coach and through NASM as a Personal Trainer. I bring both disciplines together because neither works as well without the other.

Life gets busy and time moves fast when you're grinding through your daily list. What I've learned is that motivation isn't a reliable foundation — it comes and goes like any emotion. The real shift happens when you stop relying on how you feel and start building structure through discipline and habit. Neuroplasticity is real: when you repeat the right behaviors consistently, they stop feeling like effort and start feeling like you. That's the goal.
